Technical and administrative settings for this project. Depending on your plan, a project you collaborate on may open in View-Only Mode — this page can be viewed but not edited. See Billing.

User Identity Field (Legacy)

userIdentityKey (default userId) is a legacy fallback used only when the SDK doesn’t send the explicit endUserId prop. New integrations should set endUserId directly on the SDK component instead — the response channel matches users by that value automatically. Keep this field set only while older app builds are still in the wild.

Danger Zone

Only the project Owner can delete a project (project Admins cannot).

Deleting is soft: the project is marked deleted and the embedded widget goes offline immediately (it stops being served on the next page load). Data isn’t erased immediately, but the project can’t be restored from the dashboard. If you just want to pause traffic without losing anything, there’s no single pause switch — revoking API keys alone doesn’t stop it, since web sessions can start without a key and production React Native apps don’t use one at all. Instead, disable the project’s Mobile Apps, pause its Websites, and deactivate its Test keys to stop new sessions.

The dialog requires typing the project’s exact name to confirm before the delete button is enabled.
