Project Overview
The landing page for a project. It shows usage at a glance, quick links into configuration, and a digest of the latest conversation analysis — everything else has moved to its own page.
Header
The project name and description are editable inline (hover to reveal the edit control). From here you can also:
- Open Chat Test — jump straight into the Chat Test playground.
- Settings — go to Project Settings.
- Connect website — opens the onboarding flow for this project.
Depending on your plan, a project you collaborate on may open in View-Only Mode — this page can be viewed but not edited. See Billing.
At a Glance
A usage summary for the current billing cycle, scoped to this project:
- Quota used — this project’s spend against its cycle limit, as a percentage.
- AI requests — billable AI requests this cycle.
- Messages (all-time) — total messages ever stored for this project, independent of billing cycles.
If your subscription hides spend, the quota-used cell and the Messages (all-time) cell are both omitted, and the requests cell switches to an all-time count instead of a cycle count. See Billing for what’s plan-dependent here.
Quick Links
Two cards link into the project’s configuration:
- AI Behavior — greeting, instructions, and channel-specific behavior. See AI Behavior. Requires permission to view project settings.
- Project Settings — the identity field and the danger zone. See Project Settings. Requires permission to edit project settings.
Each card is hidden if your role doesn’t have the matching permission.
Analysis Digest
If the project has a completed Analysis report with content, three cards summarize it:
- Top Asked — the most frequent questions from the latest report, with how many times each was asked.
- Top Issues — recurring friction patterns, with a severity badge (high/medium/low) and a mention count.
- Key Findings — the AI’s narrative summary of trends across the conversation set.
Each card links to the full report. If no analysis has been run yet, a single empty-state card invites you to run one instead.
No Navigation Schema
If the project has no navigation schema uploaded, a card prompts you to run:
qafka analyze && qafka uploadNavigation schemas are a React Native concept — if this project only uses the web SDK, you can ignore this card.
